Sex Education from Netflix: More than characters

Parenting looks like an important issue for the series too

Previously, I talked about this Netflix series and found it very good that I talked about some characters. This time, I would like to talk about some of the families of those characters.

As the main characters are all in the Sixth Form, families should be an important part of their lives. However, when looking at the interactions between the characters and their families, I can feel that families are their double-edged swords: They get support from family, but it also hurts the teenagers’ hearts.

Here I prefer talking about parenting and its possible effects in some of the families.
